Several vendors work together to administer pharmacy benefits on
behalf of the Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP).
Pharmacy Benefit Management
The IHCP Pharmacy Benefits Manger is Xerox State Healthcare LLC.
Xerox State Healthcare is responsible for the Preferred Drug List,
Supplemental Rebates, pharmacy prior authorization (PA), and automated pharmacy PA/SmartPA.
If PA cannot be immediately obtained, a pharmacist may dispense
and be reimbursed for an emergency supply.

Claims processing is provided by HP Enterprise Services.
