Addresses Used From the IndianaAIM System
The IndianaAIM database provides the storage and
reference capacity for four unique addresses per each IHCP-enrolled
provider. With this flexibility, a provider may specify a
different, or the same, address for each of four business
situations: home office, mailing address, Pay To address, and
service location. Because four different selections may be made,
some confusion may occur with regard to type of mailing and mailing
destination, that is, "what goes where." The following information
is provided to alleviate confusion with regard to IHCP
system-generated mailing target locations.

* Please note that the system uses the group's service location
address information if the primary medical provider (PMP) is a
rendering physician with a group; the individual service location
address information is used if the PMP is a sole proprietor.
