HP Enterprise Services will host a training session on the Minimum Data Set (MDS) 3.0 Case Mix Audit Review and review the Supportive Documentation Guidelines. The training will be presented via HP Virtual Room (website) combined with an audio conference phone number.

The target audience for this training is MDS coordinators, MDS consultants, long-term care (LTC) administrators, and any other LTC facility team members responsible for completion or oversight of the MDS.

Preregistration is not required.

Steps for connecting to the MDS 3.0 training:

Note: We recommend testing your computer setup at least one day before class. Go to the HP Virtual Room site and choose Test Your Setup on the right of the screen.

Steps to take on the day of training:

1.You may want to download or print the presentation and SDGs by choosing the links listed previously.
2. Dial the audio conference call number: 1-877-675-4345.
3. When prompted, dial the conference code*:
4. A few minutes before the session start time, click this link: HP Virtual Room.
5. Enter your full name.
6. Click GO to enter the conference.
