IHCP Portal, IVRS, and EDI transactions will be unavailable due to system upgrade

On Sunday, July 8, 2018, Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) systems, including the Provider Healthcare Portal (Portal), the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, and Electronic Data Interface (EDI) transactions, will be unavailable from 1 a.m. to
8 a.m., due to a system upgrade.

The following functions will not be available during this time:

  • Member eligibility verifications
  • Presumptive eligibility application submissions/determinations
  • Claim submissions/information
  • Payment history (including Remittance Advices)
  • Prior authorization (PA) submissions/information
  • Right Choices Program changes/information
  • Secure Correspondence
  • Provider enrollment transaction submissions/information

Full Portal functionality will be restored after this time period. Qualified providers that experience issues with submitting presumptive eligibility applications after functionality is restored should direct questions and concerns to PresumptiveEligibility@fssa.IN.gov. Other system issues should be directed to the appropriate contact on the IHCP Quick Reference Guide at indianamedicaid.com.
