  • Medicare Part D prescription drug copayments may have calculated incorrectly

03/01/2018 - The IHCP is making providers aware that Medicare Part D prescription drug copayments may have calculated incorrectly beginning January 1, 2018. The Indiana FSSA is working with CMS to correct this issue. Correction is expected in early March.

  • DXC Technology to reissue 1099-MISC Forms

02/13/2018 - One week of 2016 payments was mistakenly included in the original 2017 1099-MISC forms sent to IHCP providers in January 2018. DXC Technology will correct the error and reissue new 1099-MISC forms. Note that the error did not affect the information reported to all providers, so some providers may not see a change in the dollar amount from the original to the reissued form. Please discard the 1099-MISC forms date stamped January 2018 that were previously received.
