IHCP Portal functions temporarily limited due to system upgrade

From 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 20, 2017, until 2:00 a.m. the next morning, some functions on the IHCP Provider Healthcare Portal (Portal) will not be available due to a system upgrade.

The following functions will not be available on the Portal during the system upgrade:

  • Claim submissions
  • Viewing payment history (including Remittance Advices)
  • Prior authorization (PA) submissions
  • Right Choices Program changes
  • Sending Secure Correspondence

The following functions will continue to be available on the Portal during the system upgrade:

  • Member eligibility verification
  • Presumptive eligibility applications and determinations
  • Provider enrollment transactions
