EHR submissions will resume February 13, 2017

If you are an eligible professional (EP), eligible hospital (EH), or critical access hospital (CAH) ready to submit a program year 2016 (PY 2016) application for meaningful use (MU), or for adopting, implementing, upgrading (AIU) EHR technology, you can do so beginning Monday, February 13, 2017.

Access to the Medical Assistance Provider Incentive Repository (MAPIR) will be available via the Provider Healthcare Portal (Portal) beginning, Monday, February 13, 2017. For PY 2016, EPs/EHs/CAHs will have until May 1, 2017, to attest to MU and AIU. You can access the Provider Healthcare Portal to register for a secure account. In order to register on the new Portal, IHCP rendering providers must have their Social Security numbers (SSNs) on file with the Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP). Rendering providers can update their IHCP Provider Profiles with a SSN using the IHCP Rendering Provider Enrollment and Profile Maintenance Packet at indianamedicaid.com.

Please note that for MU attestations, all IHCP providers will have a 90-day reporting period within the calendar year for PY 2016.
