IHCP requests providers participate in brief HIT survey

IHCP Requests Providers participate in a brief hit survey

To help inform Indiana's efforts in supporting the adoption of health information technology (HIT), the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) is seeking feedback from providers and hospitals. By completing a brief survey, you will help identify challenges and opportunities in HIT adoption. Your input will also provide comprehensive information critical to reviewing the Medicaid Electronic Health Records (EHR) incentive program and developing future HIT initiatives across the state.

Make your opinion heard by completing the appropriate survey:

The deadline for completing the survey is June 15, 2016. Survey responses will not be reported individually and will not be considered a commitment of any kind.

Thank you for your participation. Questions? Contact MedicaidHealthIT@fssa.in.gov.
