Pharmacy Dispensing Fee Update
On July 8, 2011, the U.S. District Court for the Southern
District of Indiana issued a Temporary Restraining Order enjoining
the agency from implementing LSA #11-382(E).
Consequently, pharmacy providers subject to this statute will be
reimbursed up to a maximum of $4.90 dispensing fee per pharmacy
claim in accordance with the Court's Order, subject to all other
requirements.
