Family Planning Provider Update

Update - On June 24, 2011, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana issued a Preliminary Injunction enjoining the agency from implementing IC 5-22-17-5.5 (HB 1210). Consequently, providers subject to this statute are eligible Medicaid Providers pending further order of the Court, subject to all other provider eligibility requirements.
