Effective Immediately
Recent legislation passed by the Indiana General Assembly will
impact who is eligible to provide Family Planning Services as part
of the Indiana Health Coverage Programs. If you are a
provider subject to this legislation, please contact Medicaid
Provider Enrollment at 1-877-707-5750. If you are a provider
subject to this legislation, you should notify any Medicaid
recipients, prior to providing service, that you are no longer an
eligible Medicaid provider. The Office of Medicaid Policy and
Planning will continue to provide information on our website as we
move forward with implementation of HB 1210.
